Dine-in experience was great! Family-friendly establishment, small town people willing to give a small town smile. Great place to eat!!
Cashier was slow and couldn't give the right change - actually had to call the shift manager to figure the change for him. The area was dirty/filthy behind the counter. We waited over 20mins for our order and when we finally got it the burgers were raw with the cheese not even on the patty (it was all on the paper) and the fries were cold.
Our person that took our order didn't know what dressing came with a salad we ordered. Other people that came in after us got there food first. Kitchen area that I saw was dirty.
Average for Wendy's. Be ready to wait if you order chicken. They cookbot fresh, good. It takes upwards of 10 to 15 minutes to cook, bad. Even when slow, you may be asked to pull forward at the window. Food good and staff usually friendly.
